I've told my insurance company about all modifications, Greenlight are good with adding mods onto your policy.

Well to insure a bog standard Leon Cupra was around £200 for me, with all mods just under £500.

Yes happy with that for a while, no point in going BT with anything under 350bhp really as it wouldn't be a worthwhile cost-effective upgrade.
Superb result there Rob, makes it all worth while. When the apexi is running 100% there maybe a little bit more to be had.
Your calcs have all worked out spot on, how the csa of a cupra maff exceeds that of a lcr by 16% is beyond my maths
As you've said before with your setup theres little point in going for BT.
Great to see a car perform as well as it looks, so the question has to be what are you planning next for it.
The LCR MAF housing is 16% larger than the Cupra.

Thanks everyone, yes I am well chuffed.
I won't be taking the power any further, feels great on the road, has good traction and is well within the safe limits of the stock rods. Having the Apexi boost controller set up should tweak the results a little higher but that's all. I might invest in trackday wheels and tyres and go back to trackdays next year ... we'll see.
I may at some point in the future get uprated rods fitted and take it beyond 350bhp but that's a long way off, unless something breaks!

Likewise Willie, was good to meet everyone, was good to get out and give the car some stick! Yes I agree with you, I think over the winter I'll get the baffled sump fitted and invest in a set of track wheels and tyres and we can all get on track next year!

Yep, I'll keep what I have for the road and get a second set with track tyres, if I can't stretch to that I'll just switch the Falkens to Hankook's.
Me too! I'm really tempted to take a day off and drive all the way up there just to see the workmanship and experience it for myself, obviously with Rob's permission
The problem is, I can imagine the credit card taking a hammering before I'd even got home
