Rough sounding fr when driven

Hi,

My 08 fr diesel has started to sound strange when driving. Its like a muffled sound when driving or speeding up more noticable today with air con on low, seems to be better when air con is on eco or higher than low setting!!!!.

Car still drives ok no power loss but when you take the foot off the pedal i sometime feel a vibration through the car / rumbling noise.

Is this the owl noise people have been talking about????

Is this tyre noise, i have 18inch bridgestones on and done 11k.

Just hate going to stealers and you guys always have answers.

Could be the DPF burning some **** off - the car goes a bit "ropey" for the duration!

Yeh,

You could be right been doing alot of inner city driving, stop start, this was the first time i drove on the motorway for 2 weeks!!!!.
