Rub Strip removal

Hi all,

I've done the search on this but can't find a defo answer for the 02 Leon Cupra.

Are these strips just stuck on or clips and holes.

holes when i had mine resprayed i was going to get them removed but the spray shop said it would crack if it was filled as theres a small lip on them aswel not just holes

Mine seem to be stuck on with some kind of tape, i will have to get mine reattached.

your door strips will be stuck on with double sides sticky foam and once removed its best adviced to purchase new strips
(i talk from experience with a mk IV VW GOLF side strips)
the ones on the bumper should be cliped into place into holes with a clip in the strip with a hook like bit to secure it into place
safest way to remove is to pop off from other side of bumper as oppose to priseing it with a flat headed screw driver thus causing a risk of damage

The door rubbing strips are only stuck on but there's also a location hole in the door
