Run in service?

Just a quick question guys, should the Cupra Ateca have a run in service or is it’s first service due at 10k or at 1 year.

Mine says 15k or 1 year.
The dealer only asked to jump by to check oil after the initial 1500KM.

Yeah I saw that in the manual, my handover was a rather rushed affair as in here are the keys and off you go. I was just ensuring that the sales guy hadn’t missed giving me some pertinent information.

Run in service is a thing of the past with regard to oil change.

You should have no problems as long as your car is registered as CupraCare on the dealer system. When mine was done, I received an invoice upon completion which showed that the cost was covered by VWFS ( even though I’d not used their finance facilities).
