I hate it when it turning upside down

Do you mean so it always shows like map, where up is always North?

Not tried it myself, but if it is possible, I suspect you need to adjust the view on the central display first. So press the button to put it on the central screen, then change the view. Before sending it back to the DC.

On the central screen it is always facing up north. Checked the settings but could not find any solution

There is a setting so that direction of travel is always UP if that is what you are after
