I got contacted by Customer Services yesterday, they've sent me some instructions and said that this is new to Seat and it's still work in progress.

Think we've seen that already and it doesn't work if the car isn't registered with MapCare?
How are the dealers going to be able to help when SeatUK don't even know?!
