seat 1.6 lambda fault bse engine

Hi all ,
I have an eml light on. done a quick scan with vag com and got these results.

Is it just a new pre cat sensor required or is something else at fault as this is the five wire type an not very cheap to buy.
would like to be 100% sure

What was the eventual solution? My 1.6 Mk 2 Leon is showing up something similar and like you I'm reluctant to replace the oxygen sensor until I'm completely sure this is the problem. The code is as follows

19058 / P2626 - Oxygen sensor short to ground.

A quick update. I changed the front oxygen sensor at the weekend, cleared the codes and so far it seems to have solved the problem.

I've bought new sensor but not changed it yet. I'll give the information if it was the problem.
