The only thing I can think is the door seals and the window seals? Other than this I can't see where it is coming from??

Have you looked underneath for any rust?

Stupid as it may sound, was the window open?!

Were any of the other seats wet? Was the front drivers floor wet through as well? If not, are you sure that the window was completely up and home?!

Have you tried sitting in it and dousing it with water? Did you find anything then? If not, are you sure someone didn't open the window?

I would try and replicate the problem using a hose pipe, but make sure your windows are completely shut

Check the scuttle drains

At the base of the windscreen on either side a lot of leaf litter builds up blocks the rubber drains and rainwater then finds its way into the car.
Lift the bonnet and fish out all the rubbish at the base of the bonnet hinges and that will probably be the answer.

I'm surprised the drivers seat is getting wet that would point to something dripping down from above and I can't imagine you wouldn't notice a hole in the roof. Have you stripped the carpet back and checked the floor pan?
