For driving and space, the car deserves a 10, but when it comes to quality and customer support from, SEAT, das welt auto or VW group, stay away from this car. The worst car. Go buy Dacia, it is 10 times better!

Welcome to SCN, you must be unlucky as my mate had an Ateca for years and never had a problem, and it was used when he bought it.

I don’t know, one of the worst cars I’ve ever owned I even had an Alfa Romeo that was much better. But what’s even worse is that Global Customer Care is even more terrible they either don’t want to resolve certain issues or can’t find a way to do so, so they come up with excuses or completely ignore you.

A friend of mine who bought a KIA a few months ago had a small issue, and KIA’s customer support made sure he didn’t even feel like there was a problem at all.

So is it the car or the aftercare that's the problem?

Having problems with a car are bad enough, but if the dealer/maker does not help like they should, then that is the worst thing. I have always had a family owned dealership as they are the best for treating you fairly and sorting out problems. Maybe as you are in Macedonia the service is so bad.

I asked for help from SEAT Spain, Das WeltAuto Germany, and VW Group Germany, but without success. That’s why I say their customer support is nothing.

Can you elaborate on the issue(s) that you're experiencing?

Do you have a customer service team in your region?

Is the vehicle a used approved vehicle sold through a VW retailer and covered by a DAS WELT policy?

I'm confused because you say 'For driving and space, the car deserves a 10'
Why are you confused? The car has a pleasant ride and plenty of space in the cabin and the trunk, but all of that is pointless when you can’t drive it enough and have to take it in for repairs every week. What’s not clear?

My wife's Kia Picanto, 5 years old (full dealer service history) and both headlamps condensation inside. Dealer replaced both headlamps couple of months ago under warranty after checking with Kia.
