this isnt really a rant for me but more for my mum as she is absolutely fuming with Seat Customer Services.

She tried to contact them this morning and after over 30 minutes on hold got cut on and now shes on the phone to them again and has been for nearly 30 minutes and hasnt heard from a single human being........to an 0870 number is ridiculous!

She's fuming to say the least......bad form Seat Customer Services
 
I had to phone them one day when i was out and about so i did a few little things and found that number out
 
Gareth at Seat Customer Services has impressed me with his attempts at mediation re a recent major complaint with Livingstones of Uddingston. Though despite his efforts he couldn't get them to see they had done anything wrong in hiding the fact that a Seat Approved Used Car had went through major cosmetic repairs due to an accident - despite being asked by the customer if the car had been involved in any accidents and being told no. "The car is a demonstrator and we know the full history of the car"
