Seat Dealer 1 yr Warranty.....what does it cover?

I'm going to be getting a 1 year extended warranty with my new LCR (the official 3 yr one will expire in June 07).

Is it a cut down warranty or is it exactly the same as the SEAT official warranty from a dealer?

Anyone got a list of what is covered or not covered. Just want to do my homework etc

I think it's a cutdown, and the same one that the Dealerships provide. It should cover .. most of your mechanicals.

It's cut down but covers most of your expensive stuff. Mine was worth having, it's paid for itself 3 times over really.

me to engine went bang and hey presto new one!! pretty much everything apart form normal wear and tear as long as you get regular and on time services etc
