I'm taking my LCR in to Listers for some warranty work before my car is 3 years old (its got a knocking noise when turning right).
I should be having a courtesy car for a couple of days, but they asked me if my insurance covers driving other cars fully comp... after checking, mine only covers driving other cars 3rd party, so do the dealers normally offer some sort of insurance deal?
Once at VW they told me if I paid a fiver then they'd waive a £1000 excess if I damaged it!
is this down to specific dealer policies, or is there a standard?
cheers
Mike
