Seat ibiza 1.4 is jerking

I noticed a few weeks ago that my car is jerking, it feels like im driving on a really rocky road but I am not. And yesterday in the cold weather it was really noticable and my friend pointed it out to me aswell. My MOT is due in March so I don't know what is wrong with it. Oil is fine its just been changed. Otherwise the car runs fine ..

Wondering if you guys know whats wrong? thanks

does the engine rock backwards and forwards easily? if so, could be engine mount related

Like steering judder?

At speed, or even when going slow?

Any more clues?

Not steering judder,, and it does it when i go around 20-40 then i cant notice it
