Hey guys 1st post :D

Anyway, i'm wanting to get rid of my clio and im really interested in getting an Ibiza as they look gorgeous and i've been hearing good things about them. Because of insurance and other funds etc.. i think the best model i could afford would be the 1.4s. Just wondering if you guys have any experience with them? How do they drive? How much should i expect to pay? etc...

Cheers Guys, appreciate it!

welcome aboard, i've had no real major issues with mine, done 71k miles now, with the usual niggles have happened and fixed. Coilpack, popping wash fluid pipes, cupholder (this is annoying as i use mine often)

the engine is solid as far as i can tell, as they are used in polos and fabias, service and parts are easy to get a hold of. Modding however is harder as there can be little gains on the engine itself. you'll also find you'll need to rev the engine to get it going after 3000rpm.

theyre alot better than the 1.2's for the simple reason that the 1.2 version are 3cylinder engines, and by far is not the easiest thing ive ever worked on!! :(
