seat ibiza 6l rear wiper

hi, i have a seat ibiza 6L petrol. The rear wiper did not work when I moved the connectors in the trunk it worked, but when I put the ignition on it works all the time whether I turn it off or not on the steering wheel rocket. Also, when the coneltor is placed as it should be, the wiper does not turn, you can hear the motor knocking, but when I turn the end wires the other way around, it turns. Please help
