seat ibiza tdi sport. help needed

hi im looking for a ibiza sport 51 plate.

there 110bhp standard if i have a remap will it take the car to around 150bhp?
if so will it be as fast as my polo gti? 125bhp?

also what sort of mpg will i be geting out of the tdi?

the one im looking at has 91k on clock and has full S/H
she wants £3695 and it is mint... is this a good price?

Remapped i would have thought it would be easily as quick as the Polo pal but not sure about 150bhp would have to check with a tuning company, 91k seems alittle high for the mnoey but they are hard cars to get hold of so if you like it go for it!

Think standard is about 11 secs iirc, not bad cars to be fair! Any reason y u are going for the tdi and not a Cupra??

me and the gf try to go away most weekend doing easy 300m at a weekend.

a wise choice but then im biased!

a remap will see 130bhp out of it. the non PDs dont remap quite as well as the PDs. Get it done by someone with a good rep like Upsolute, i have yet to hear a bad word about them and the non PDs.

MPG - I get 53mpg over the last 40k miles, can reach up to 58 on a long motorway journey (500 miles round trip). You can still engine the engine and get 50, i give it a good dual carriageway blast each day to keep the soot clear.

price and mileage - at 91k its going to be giving its best, generally the VAG TDIs are considered properly run in at 80k giving the best compression ratio so dont worry about the mileage. Price, seems fair taking into account the mileage.

oh would of liked a bit more then 130bhp. has anyone on here had a remap
on the 110bhp model? i just rang revo and the lad i was chating to said he
thinks it would take it upto around the 150bhp mark.

i know the the arosa 1.4 tdi are 75bhp standard and revo remap them
to 110bhp. id like a gain like that really.

do they do a 130bhp mk3 ibiza in the tdi? or is that just the mk4?

as iv only got around £4500 MAX to spend : (

130-140bhp is the realistic region for any 110 thats just remapped. Bigger injectors would get you nearer 150 but then it gets expensive.

the 1.4 tdi in the arosa is a PD engine, which again remap better than the non PD's (the 90 and 110s)

they dont do a PD130 in the Mk3, only the Mk4

also whats the topspeed on the tdi sport? not that i will ever use it : )

top end is bout 120 standard and your probly looking roughly the same 60 as the Polo pal (remapped)

I would say it will 'feel' faster than the polo because of the extra torque, but whether it is by the stop watch i couldnt say. But the difference in torque you will notice, as standard the beezer has 174 lb/ft of torque, going up to about 210 when remapped.

top speed - i havent a clue, im not a top speed person.
