Just got my quote from Zurich to get my 7 days cover.

£985 to take the policy out with Zurich
Currnet insurer wants £300

What a laugh

I am with Zurich, £298 NCB protected, courtesy car etc, with a £50 M+S voucher.

I am 41 with full no-claims. i was happy with that.

Think I was quoted £1200 whereas my renewal is £550.

Took about 20 mins in all.

Zurich are on my hated companies list. And they are high up. They are the underwriters for the insurance brokers i use.

I wouldnt recommend them for anything
