SEAT Insurance

Hi All

Got a new car coming on Saturday and as it happens my Insurance is due for renewal at Noon on Saturday. I'm taking advantage of SEAT's 7 day Free cover whilst I sort my long term insurance out. Has anybody taken out a SEAT insurance only they've given me an extremely competitive quote?

As they're all part of the VW group insurance I would like to think they're a safe bet?

One thing I found confusing whilst trawling the net is that some companies quoted me £100 more for my new one over my old one and some a £100 less!! i.e Old 07 FR TDI against a new 11spec. FR TDI with DSG?

If competitive go for it. They bound to offer some unique things for your SEAT.

Never tried personally but with mods thry wont be competitive I doubt.

Try Chris Knott insurance as sponsor on here before you decide. You have 7 days anyway to change

Even though the only mods I'm having are Spoiler and Side skirts, most companies stick a 10% loading on for the privilege which in one instance amounted to £60! I think I'll just go for it because at the end of the day you only find out what they are like if you have an accident .. so fingers crossed eh!!
