Hi peeps,
I picked up my new car today and noticed it only came with 1 remote key fob and a standard key... Is this correct?
Dealer reckons at least £140 for a spare... Is this correct

Correct.

Although a search on these forums should produce you with results linking you to an e-bay seller and telling you how to/what you need to do to program it once you have purchased it.

Yep, that's normal - they have only been giving 1 remote key with new Seats for years now (cheapskates!). I've heard as much as £180 quid quoted for a replacement remote key as well (I've been taking a lot better care of my main key since hearing that!!)

Yep, its normal. Pity really as nearly all other makes give you two key fobs.

yep i just paid £140 for a second key fob and blade at my dealer, i now have 3 keys in total, anoying as my £9000 clio came with 2 keyfobs but an £18000 Leon does not.
