Seat Leon 4Cupra?

Just nosing about the web and came across a badge for a leon called 4Cupra? Ive never herd of this?

European Cupra 4 model had a V6 and 4 wheel drive. Not long ago we thought someone posted who said they had one of these in the UK, but not sure if it turned out to be a hoax or whether he ever came through with the photos!

there was also a 180bhp 1.8T model and TDi oil burner version too apparently. it wasn't sold by seat in the UK unfortunately as it would have taken sales away from the golf 4-motion and maybe even the S3.

However the V6 in the SEAT wasnt the 3.2 like in the Golf R32, it was a 2.8 Litre producing a tad over 200bhp.

If I had bought my car in the winter, I would've been driving a Leon Cupra 4, 180bhp 1.8T these days. Damn salesperson.

Stupid thing is, surely it would do the same thing over there as well though?

Presumably the front interior cant be very much different can it? So many cars are imported LHD nowadays I dont see why there are no Cupra4's around. There must be something else to it
