Hi All,

I have been looking at previous threads. I am very pleased with my seat leon 1.9tdi 90bhp. Alot better car compared to the golf mk4, which i owned for 2 years.

Anyway about my car. Its a 53 plate mk1 leon 1.9tdi s ALH engine code 118k miles, new clutch, new camblet, waterpump, 1 previous owner, PSH. Paid £700 for it ;)

Current Mods:

Custom revo remap from Midland VW
Lowered 35mm - Jom springs and shocks
Bonnet bra - (My bonnet is rusting so im hiding it)
Wind deflectors
Small 12" Sub, Amp, Sony stero,
18" RS4 Alloys - black
1.8T Cupra interior
Mk4 arm rest
ALLARD EGR delete kit

This is my first diesel car, and from taking the car to midland VW, the car is running approx 115BHP currently, dont get me wrong the car is amazing on fuel, and has a nice power range.

I am after abit of advice, do i leave it how it is? or do i replace the trubo & manifold from the one off a 110bhp leon and then remap it from there? or what do i do from here, im not looking to spend silly money, as i will only be keeping the car for 2 years, as i will get an FR eventually. I did buy a FMIC but sent this back as i thought it was a silly idea? i would much rather have a bigger better side mount intercooler. Any help would be best, with links to more performance part, or some direction as to what i should / can acheive being realistic.

Regards Luke.

Pictures are to follow.

I think with the current mods u have, u got a decent car mate.

U can spend a fortune on it and end up with like.. 170/180 Bhp ? Not really worth all the friggin' effort is it?

Take the same money, sell the car and buy a full option 150BHP ARL Seat Leon. :)

to be honest that seem the better option, i think i might as well just use the car as is and use it for a few more years then have a good decent starting point, whether it be the leon fr ARL or the golf MK4 gtpd150 just the insurance ahaha

as said bud keep it for a while then get a pd150 or pd130 my pd130 is pretty quick as standard but with a map can take it to 160 possibly 170
