Seat Leon CR170 CEGA ISS

Hi all,been meaning to join for awhile now so here I am. I have a 2010 Leon CR170 with the CEGA engine in it. Had the dreaded P2015 code when I first brought it so bracket mod done but when stripping it down noticed the swirl flaps where worn and the white plastic lugs are falling inwards so going to replace the manifold. The issue I have that I can’t bottom out is when the car is warm it splutters and smokes when holding it on throttle when doing the speed limit ie 40mph. I have replaced the temps sensor and fuel filter along putting injector cleaner in and it hasn’t helped. Checked pcv valve and it’s wrinkly and seems weak so it’s on the replacement list but does the issue I have sound like the new manifold with sort it? Car is mapped with egr solution but egr is blanked off. Thanks for any help
