Hello all, I have a 2003 seat Leon Cupra r but there seems to be a knocking sound coming from the steering rack sounds like it's rocking back and forward when pulling away and coming to a stop, also when turning at slow speeds it bangs very loudly I have checked the rubbers etc and everything seems fine but I've not seen anyone else with these issues??
Also I fitted a set of shocks and springs to the car and since then the top mounts are knocking the kit was for a normal Cupra and I've fitted new Cupra r top mounts drop links the whole lot and still knocks! Only thing I can think of is the metal cap on top of the spring is s different profile causing there to be a very slight amount of play?
Any help would be great.
