Seat Leon FR 1.4 MK3 vs Seat Leon FR 1.5 MK4

Hello, I own a Seat Leon Fr 2016 ( 1.4 T, 150 hp) with mnual gearbox and I am planning in buying a Seat Leon FR 2022 ( same 1.4 Engine).
The thing is that here in Mexico the new mk4 Leon is sold just with auto gearbox.
I am not fan of auto gearboxes and the engine is the same, the new Leon looks cooler and the digital cockpit its real nice.
But Inwas wondering if its worth to buy the new MK4 or is it better to keep my MK3 and put in on new rims, tires and a Maxton aerokit...
What you guys think?

I'd keep the manual and take good care of it
Mk3 looks sharper and more handsome to my eyes and Mk4 went a little bit generic design-wise, but of course that's personal taste.
My 2018 Leon has digital cockpit and I find it real nice too.
I don't know how common retrofitting business is in Mexico but it's possible to replace your analog instrument cluster with a digital one.
Along with new rims, it would feel like a new car
