Seat Leon FR - Interior Gloss Black Plastic Protective Film

Does anyone know if there are pre cut protective films for the interior gloss black plastic, mainly around the DSG gear lever area? They seem to scratch up quite easily and have been struggling to find some sort of protective film over it that would be cut to size.
