Seat Leon mk2 1.6SE (2006) car unlocks but doesn’t lock

My car unlocks with the key fob but will not lock, I have replaced the fob but still no luck. I also have no interior lights. Is there separate fuses when it comes to locking and unlocking the car?.. so my question is,, could the same fuse be responsible for the car not locking and also the reason for no interior lights?!
