Seat Leon Projector or Reflector Headlights?

Hi Everyone,

I drive a Seat Leon 1.2 TSI SE Dynamic Technology, and I was looking at having HID Xenon Lights put in my headlights, however when I go to buy the lights it's asking me if the headlights are projector or reflector. Now I'm not very good with cars at all so I have no idea by looking myself, I was hoping may someone could point me in the right direction?

For reference my lights are the same as these.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Your car has reflector headlights.
I'd strongly advise against fitting HID lights in them as
1. They're illegal
2. They dazzle other drivers due to the spread of light about the cutoff line
3. They don't actually output that much light when fitted in reflector housing as they spread all over the place.
4. They dazzle other drivers.

If you want white looking lights get some "xenon effect" halogen bulbs such as Phillips white vision

Seriously?

What he said.
There are plenty of decent halogen upgrade bulbs on the market now. HID kits really don't work well in reflector headlamps and apart from the dazzle and legality issues, unless you're extremely lucky you'll likely get a MOT fail for beam pattern.

You can get ones specifically for reflector headlights

Just make sure there is an R at the end of the bulb for example: h7R

had these on numerous cars with reflector headlights and they dont dazzle
