Seat Leon remap need help please

Hi I'm new to the seat club got myself a seat Leon cupra 1.9 tdi fr last week it's got a milltek exhaust and a decat I wanted to get it remapped but want to know the best place fairly close to where I live which is Luton and also what sort of bhp I wi get out of it and what sort of problems it may cause if any

I ant to worries about the nearest I just want the best places to go I don't mind traveling If it is a decent remap and people recommend it I'm guessing revo are good then

If your not afraid of the drive AMD in Essex, very professional check over your car from top to tail and make sure your cars ready for the map, unlike some garages that just go ahead and weeks later ur car is fecked, totally up to you mate and what you wanna spend

Yeah Revo are fairly popular, but as said above AMD are very good, I know a few people that have been there with good results.

Thanks for you help guys do you know of any issues that may accuse but remapping the seat Leon pd150 engine or anything I will have to change

AMD map your car to how it's running and what it can handle, just say me and DrewCole had same car same speck same mods but DrewCole got 215bhp on the map and I got 207bhp, weird one but it all depends on how your cars running, Revo stick a box in your car and there all the same for every Leon, they may say you get an extra 30bhp but how do you know that if the don't dyno it b4 and after, I think a box in your car has a bigger chance of messing up rather than a map in the ECU, totally up to you where you wanna go and like I said also what you wanna spend.

If I were you I'd go over your whole car before you get it mapped, I thought my car was perfect untill AMD found a boost leak costing another £65 plus vat, so another expense I wasn't expecting.

Thanks yhh I will check it all over first I don't want the box I want the map , also I have a milltek exhaust system on it with a decat on a pd150 fr engine with that would it be possible to get it to 200bhp

Mine is the pd150 engine so it's 150 bhp standard but I ant sure what the milltek exhaust system and decat will add to that

Lol yeh I thought 150 just me being stupid, ur prob getting about 158 just now with the Milltek , there's no danger you will get close to 200 with a stage 1 map, I think you will get 170/180bhp, remember it depends on how ur cars running you could get less but I don't think you will get anything over 180 mark, if you get anything over 170 I'd be happy.

Yhh that's not to bad if I wanted to go more then that what other bits would I have to do without having to upgrade the turbo Iknow you can get the nozzles on the injectors changed and possibly a better intercooler but not sure what else

Stage 1 you don't really need anything just make sure your cars running well, stage 2 bigger intercooler, cold air feed, bigger brakes, stage 3 money money money lol

Yhh. Was thinking more along the lines of stage 2 I've already got the brembo brakes on there would just need to do the intercooler and cold air feed

Yeh you don't need much you just need money, stage 3+ your talking turbo, injectors, fuel pump, loads mate

+1 for AMD tuning, I done 120miles each way to get mine remapped there and milltek exhaust system can't fault them at all, blew a coil as I pulled off they diagnosed it and fitted new ones, just as they were due to close up for the day!
