Turned up for a gearbox oil change on saturday (was booked in for 3 weeks) left it with them for 1 hour and when I returned they hadn't done it because they didn't have a drain plug! They said they would be another 2 hours while they found one. Anyway i have no patience for that. They drove the car out of the workshop for me and hadn't even closed the bonnet properly.

now booked in at awesome in 2 weeks.

that's a shame as i've used them for my last 3 services and never had an issue or reason to fault as yet - guessing you on on about LC Charles?

yes LC Charles. The old service manager Ian was excellent - he really new his stuff. I've just lost confidence in them now.

I emailed them last week for a price to service my leon (which i bought from them ) no reply, because of this and some other issues with the them (the car is great ) I will not be returning for anything they are useless !!
