I guess one of the problems there is that by the nature of being on this forum you are probably more sensitive to that kind of thing - my mum wouldn't notice for instance most swirl marks.

Going into Seat tomorrow to book my car in once again because the rattle in my drivers door has returned! This is a never ending problem!

Has anyone else had issues with presets being wiped out by the system performing its own scan and uploading its own presets? Also the rear speaker failing to initiate when starting the system.

So my dealer tried telling me today that the swirl marks aren't in the paint but just a reflection of the sun. He then went on to show marks in cars waiting delivery. I can see a trip to a detailer to get a full inspection report may be in order.

get yourself a paint inspection then well you have the evidence tell the guy in the dealer hes a clueless idiot

there attitude will sharp change when presented with evidence. id also hand them the keys ask for a hire car and say don't call me till its put right

I feel the same frustration as sames happened with passenger door in mine. 500 mile till service and the dealers heading for some grief

ask your detailer to shine some halogen lights on the car indoors then youll get to see how bad things are
