Seat Sideskirts to fit Cupra

Ok, given up on trying to source a new set of MS design skirts as there are none anywhere, so resorting to going for the SEAT ones that they sell in the accessories section. However on the website it says not to be fitted to FR or cupra model. Does anyone know of a reason they will not fit as sure i have seen them on another cupra a while back.

I asked the same question when I got mine, and no1 could give an answer as all Mk4 ibiza have the same sills. And they fitted no problems.

I did wonder if it was due to the Cupra being lower and Seat worrying they might catch and rip off.

I believe Scotthmk4 has the Seat ones fitted to his car.

Scott's isnt the cupra mate its a 1.2 with the bumpers.

If you have a good bodyshop maybe try the LCR sideskirts.....

yeh i have the sideskirts, its a 1.2 but shoulnt make a difference its the same chassis
