secondary water pump fault

i have just noticed that the secondary water pump is not working on my car, i've checked the fuses on top of the battery and they are all fine. any ideas anyone and where do i find this pump in the engine bay.

as you look at the engine bay its tucked under the slam panel on the left hand side
