Service Intervals

What are the service intervals supposed to be for the Cupra Ateca? I'm sure the manual says 9,600 miles (15K km) or one year and that's what the service indicator says. However I've just had mine serviced at a main dealer and they were trying to tell me the next service was due in 12,500 miles or one year?

10k or every 12 months buddy. Do you have the Cupra care service package.

I've got CupraCare - it's standard with the Ateca. This is from the manual. None of these numbers is anywhere near 12,500 miles. Is this just another case of a main dealer being clueless?

Unless you're doing mega mileage, every year should be fine. Get the three years worth of Cupra care!

What about the warranty? Presumably that depends upon following the manufacturers recommended service interval?

On my Finance portal it says I have three services to use between March 2020 and 2026 . It's worth checking though. It's definitely not as frequent as every 5km. I had a golf R before and it's like any other car
