service light on startup

hi does anyone know how to stop service light coming on at initial start up as i tend to do my own servicing when required it must be near time to do service but no time to do at moment as very busy

thought that would be reply had chance at a meet at weekend mate had vagcom on my car forgot to say to him that my service light was showing up thanks for reply will try to contact him to see if he can help me

Service light? Or the little indicator by the Odometer?

If its the spanner indicator, do a search on here and thers a little thing you do with the clock adjuster that resets it.

hold in clock adjuster, turn on ignition, turn adjuster to right (still pushed in) and hold.

Reset completed.
