Sfs performance 3" Tip

I've been in touch with sfs about there new 3" tip for the LCR and was sent a pic and a few details

It's the same as the badger5 one but without the metal adapter plate as this one tapers in at the end.

Here's a pic of it plus the results it's gotten.

Stick with the people that first designed and tested the 3inch tip theory, Bill and myself first designed / tested it and Bills adapter is superior to the reducing connection onto the turbo inlet shown on the sfs offering which will still offer resistance to airflow. Just my 2 pence. ;)

agreed :) also in the tests shown, its not a fair test as they were done on different days, so different intake temps, also results on dynos are never the same ect. got to say the b5 tip mk2 looks 10x better quality.

i got the b5 mk2 tip and i gotta say i love it to bits it really is a great piece of kit, which helped me get in club 300, engineering genius that man lol

I thought one of the big reason Bills TIP worked so well was due to the metal adaptor reducing cavitation. This just looks a low cost alternative.

Comparison to V1 3", on different day different car, and not against the 80mm V2 TIP I currently have

i'm shock forge as developed one to rival bills , but as said bill developed it along with willy , i'll be saving to get one in very near future if has any in stock

I think the sfs ones only have the colour advantage.. thats why im going with sfs, and thats why drka drka is i believe.. and there £130 + vat as i asked them yesturday.
