I personally don’t like them either so I wouldn’t fit them. I don’t drive my car with the windows open (I always have the A/C on) so don’t feel I’d have a need for wind deflectors.
@m4ttn1 - I don’t know if it would be an issue with the mk3 / mk3.5 Leon, but with the Leon’s sister car - the mk7 / mk7.5 Golf - I remember reading on one of the Golf forums some time ago of the door mirrors fouling the wind deflectors when locking / unlocking the car with mirror auto-fold function activated. It wasn’t all brands of wind deflector where this was an issue (sorry, I can’t remember which brand(s) it was an issue with), but maybe something to be aware of and consider if you have auto-fold mirrors.
I've got heko ones, no issues at all, no increased noise, no issues with mirror folding or glass catching the deflector.
Love keeping the windows ajar at night for some fresh air.
