Hi all ive got a slight judder/shudder on the leon im not sure what it is wondered if you could shed some light. Ive done the following

1. Changed all the coil packs
2. Changed all the spark plugs

Only things i could think of that might be causing this is the 2 holes in my exhaust pipe or possibly the MAF? Vag Com hasnt detected any misfires what so ever.

Where the coil packs OEM?

I've seen several posts kicking around regarding coil packs and people experiencing a continued problem after swapping them out with parts from a GSF type company.

The only judering I've had was due to a cheap air filter and faulty DV - once swapped out it solve the problem.

when does the shudder come on? high gear low revs?

Its noticeable on idle not in gear and sitting at the traffic lights.

Hi they are propper Seat Coil packs but the shuddering is why i changed them as they were the original packs done 63k miles. This heavily reduced the shuddering so i then changed my sparkys as they were bad! this again reduced it to a small but only noticeable if your looking out for it. I have a 007p DV and a Green Cotton Filter which i had just cleaned but the juddering was before this.

If you've got holes in your exhaust these should be sorted before you change anything else.

yes i think this is my next guess. I was thinking of back pressure could be causing it.

So far vagcom has recorded no faults. Il have to get readings from my MAF maybe its not fuelling it correctly. Im also not experiencing acceleration problems or anything like that so im stomped.
