Smoke from oil Filler

Hi I have a Cupra that has smoke coming from the oil filler cap, the car will not start with the cap on and runs a bit rough with lots of smoke coming out of the cap when removed. I have changed the PCV valve and during a compression test all 4 cylinders are showing 130 psi.
