good job you hadn't painted it then! thats the worst thing with filler...it sinks! one of my m8s swears by his method....mix the fibre glass and filler together and then apply that, then add a really thin layer of filler to smooth off...apparently it cures rock hard.

At last, the smooth boot is completed! :funk:
Let me know what you think, bear in mind I need to wash the car...
Big thanks out to martin for doing it and his mum for letting us use the garage!

which is no bad thing, lol!!!! Dewiper it too, i gaurentee now you look at it and think ah its ok, but if you remove it you'll never put it back on. I took my off for summer months only, and its still off (cant see naff all out the rear window, but sure it looks good, lol!!)

You might be right there, rubber grommit in the hole and its done!

Summer time i'll take it out, bit too grubby out at the moment!

Raising the dead here! Mate recon you could reupload the original photos? my boot may be getting a bit of attention soon so doing the whole rear delock sounds cool :D pricey? i think il spray it up to start with (the seat badge that is).

Not that pricey really - look in my old readers ride thread!

I think the old pics have been deleted...
