Sos bings every 10 secs

Hi, I hope someone can help me on here as I hate driving my new car (bought 3 months ago)Its 3 years old so not brand new but have the sos bings when i drive constantly. When calling the dealer they said i was due 2 OTA updates which i have been trying to get but the car wont allow me to become primary user. Cupra connect has passed my case on to the “technical department” but this has now been 2 weeks with nothing from them. The dealer said the servers have been switched off to my car and that its never had an update in its life and I was to keep trying ……that was 3 weeks ago and I try everyday to stop these bings.
Anyone know what I can do as Im now lost on my next move to fix this car

My car, as many others requires a new steering wheel to fix this error (plus Travel Assist errors), replacement wheels are on back order.

Need a new OCU and sometimes a update is needed. Show me wich HW and SW the OCU module is.

New steering wheel you an buy @ www.4yourdrive.de for not that much

Updates are availible. Let @East Yorkshire Retrofits do those updates and maybe the also can change your steering wheel en idd needed de OCU
