Hello everybody,
Does anybody know where is the SOS eCall module on the Leon MK4?

I would like to check if the battery is faulty or if the module needs to be replaced.

Besides, does the SOS eCall work with Cubic Telecom data? I'm asking this because my data plan with Cubic Telecom has expired...

Thanks a lot!

Behind the instrument cluster, if I'm not mistaken. It is generally called telematics unit or OCU.

Confirmed, I've found the service manual :sneaky:
@serdar_18fr thanx a lot!

WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

FYI
Changing the battery of the e-call module didn't solve the problem (anyway useful because was old :roflmao:)

Well, it was easier than I imagined: I recently replaced the center speaker (the one used for e-call) with a better one.
I probably hadn't wired it properly so the clamp had come loose, the system didn't detect the speaker correctly and the message appeared.

Tightened the clamp properly and problem solved, the message disappeared.
I know 9 out of 10 of you haven't replaced your center speaker, but I hope I can help at least the 1 who has ;)
