And not because its a TDI.

Daft question, but i have to ask as i cant remember this in my PD, but can anyone else hear the diesel sloshing around in their tank after filling it up?

Not too bothered like, never suffered from sea sickness and it brings a whole new meaning to cruise, but should i be worried???

Im not excactly sure about the leon but on some cars if you lift up the bottom parts of the back seats there is a plastic cap that clips onto the body, which lets you get access to the top of the fuel tank ie the float,if this is not there or clipped in this might be your fault, just a stab in the dark but worth a check.

I did hear it in mine last night but I was creeping over a speed bump with no music on, I had heard anything up until then though.

I hear it too! No radio on and normally at slow speeds, just assumed it was one of those design flaws. :D (2011 TDI FR)

I always hear it after filling up, especially when I stop gu-dunk gu-dunk slosh slosh and there aint nothin wrong with my tank or filler or sender or anything else.:)
