South Wales -> GTi International -> We got ourselves a convoy!!

Well, as per the title, plan to be leaving pretty early on sunday morning from Cardiff.

To get there i will use this route:

MultiMap Route

Labelled as the 'quickest' route between cardiff and LE17 5QS

Then I will probably just follow these directions; (from Gti Inters site)

From Junction 20, take the A4304 east towards Market Harborough, through
Walcote to North Kilworth. At the Esso garage turn left (northwards) onto
the B5414 which then joins the A5199 towards Wigston and Leicester. Past the
turning for Knaptoft, at the crossroads, take the turning towards
Bruntingthorpe and follow the signs for the Proving Ground.

The route will be well marked with GTI International signage on the day

I am sure we pass many service stations along the way, check the route out. Any other suggested route or diversions welcomed.

Leaving at say 8am? What do we think?? Booked my tickets today! 2 Sprints booked too! What time does it all start, its about a 2.5 - 3hr drive i think

Fella, your probably wiser to Get off the M5 at junction 4A.. the m42, follow that up to the M6 South turn off... it saves messing about through Birmingham (gives you motorway all the way m5/m42/m6/m1 ) as Birmingham city centre /expressway etc down to spaghetti is prone to 'works' at weekends as its the quietest times for it to be done..
