So I've got an Ibiza FR 2011 1.4 tsi with a misfire in cylinder 3z took the spark plug out and there was oil or what looks like oil on the plug, on the washers which sit outside the combustion chamber and I guess oil on the piston head.

I know there's stories about this CAVF engine and bad piston rings/gaskets but. I've attached the images of someone can confirm that looks like oil and probably is a piston ring problem? Or could it be a rocker gasket problem?

I've had seat take a look and written to Seat Uk who have said I need to pay £450 for a cylinder compression check, oil pressure check and turbo check to identify the issue. Being that this car has done only 32,000 I am devastated. I've owned it 6 months and the garage warranty ran out 3 months ago where I purchased it from. Seat U.K. Told me they might assist with the cost of repair if it's going to be a lot. It will. But there's no guarantee. Even the Seat garage I went to told me it literally needs a new engine. FML. And help would be seriously appreciated.

4 images and a video of piston head:dropbox.
