Do you know what kind of heat shield it is? I'd really like to replace the pointless Ramair one i have lol.
I've owned a few of the Ramair heatshields briefly, totally agree with you and went with an R-Tech shield for my own car.
That looks very similar or possibly a Badger5 one

The heatshield im developing will have a doubled wall system with air honeycomb pockets and/or possibly insulation sheets in between to help separate the hot engine air from external cold air.

Nice I was looking at getting one of those. They look nice and tall. Shame it’s not easy to mid the air box to fit a cone filter though.
Possible it a B5 version.
I’ll have a look at mine. See if it’s the same.

Tested new material today for final products and i must say it's awesome. Its stronger than ABS! Which is what many plastic car parts are made of.
Also got some good work done on the Cupra R honeycomb grill design. Will continue tomorrow, gotta smooth out the mesh and clean it up a bit.
Test print coming on Tuesday.

cant wait for these so need one!!!
Finished the design completely and ran a mini tester yesterday! Worked great! Now running the full size tester, will see how it goes, and test fit onto the Cupra R bumper. Looks like end of next week the production model is ready. And will be taking orders then.
