Speedo reset

Hi,

I have a slight problem with my Cupra at the moment. When the ignition is turned off the speedo is right down on the 0mph bar like you would expect on an average car. But then when you turn on the ignition, it jumps up to around 2/3mph, and I have checked my speed against my true speed and it's miles out, around as much as 9mph..!

I was wandering if there is any way to reset the speedo in vag com? I have an unregistered version of vag com, but do also have access to a full version if need be.

I know you can run a test on the instrument panel on vag-com, I did it to mine while playing about. It makes all the needles go right round the clocks and back again. So it might throw up a fault of shed some light on the problem.

Forgot to say I've done that and it didn't come up with anything or fix it any.
