They both look like Mk 2's to me; the near one has the body line under the door handle where as the Mk 3 has it above the handle and the far one looks like has a pre FL Mk 2 tailgate, although it is disguised around the lights but it's too far away to tell anything more.

Just noticed another thing, the near one has side repeaters on the wing which the Mk 3 doesn't; so if they are Mk 3's they are wearing Mk 2 clothes!
