Spotted some thing

Just gave the car quick valet and i noticed this on the ash tray!
There appears to be two holes but not sure what they are for? As if you can attach some thing to it?

Any suggestion guys?

in the original Cupra they used to have headphone sockets in i believe!! mine has now so kids can listen into one (output from h/u) and plug mp3 into other for sharing (input to h/u)!!!

They are1 just plugged in my headphones and they clip in nicely, plus when i removed the ash tray saw some wiring going to them.

Do they work only with the standard head unit or after market? if they linked to to the speakers

Now i know why it said phones with ahead phone symbol on the oem head unit!

in your case only with oem H/U I think but i fitted my sockets and wired them myself into Kenny H/U. Think they are mentioned in the leon FAQ?

Indeen thay are headphone sockets.

I had them on my first Leon, when you plug headphones in the rear speakers mute. You can have different sources playing through the front speakers and the headphones, each with independent volume contol.
Never actaully used them though, but may be handy if you have kids!

niether my 02 0r 05 LCR,s had or have them but breakers yard are lovely places!!!
