Squeak when turning left/right

I can hear a creak/squeak/squeal (take your pick) when the steering is turned near or before full lock left or right. What could this be?

Can you tell whereabouts it's coming from?

My guess off the top of my head would be the auxiliary belt slipping as the power steering pump is put under load at full lock?

theres a bit of a difference between a creak squeak and a squeel tbh mate.... which one is it?
