Alrite guys!

The car is going into the garage on monday to have all my mods fitted!

heres a quick list:
ITG Maxogen Induction Kit
Blueflame Turbo Back Exhaust
Forge Front mount Twintercooler
Autotech HPFP
Rev D dv
Cam Follower
RS4 valve
Forge short shift front and back
Forge short shift left to right
Whiteline Anti lift Kit
Poly Bushes inner front wishbone
whiteline ARB's front and back

Sachs Stage 2 race clutch
Lightened Single Mass Flywheel
Quaife Limited Slip Differential

Will it be ok to drive with just a stage 1 map until it is remapped?
Think i am going to need to drive to Edinburgh!

Cheers, Ross.

I would have thought it will be fine mate. I am by no means any sort of expert, but you see a lot of car fully loaded be it mk1 and mk2's with supporting mods on standard maps etc. I reckon you will be fine, even with the likes of the uprated fuel pump, it's still going to request the same amount as before i would have thought

The car will drive fine as I had the same sort of setup before getting my full stage2+ map on.

You may get a engine light on because of the turbo back exhaust (from the cat...) unless the stage 1 chooses to ignore it (unlikely) there won't be a problem with the fuel pump either it should be all the same but the difference will be a immense once you go stage2+!

Have fun :) let us know how the new Clutch and Diff feels etc!

That's going to feel like one hell of a change!

What map are you going for out of interest?

Agree on the engine management light if you're going decat.

i'd stay off the boost, i know the MK5 ibiza cupras with the TBE required a map as the new boost pressure damaged the pipes or something

Yeah it'll be fine mate, I had Pov's downpipe and an autotech hpfp on a stage 1 map, not quite stage 2+ stuff but it ran fine. It had minimal gains until I had the map done but it was no problem.

It will throw a cel though, but just ignore it.

It will be fine. I drove mine with all the parts fitted with OEM, Stage 2 and Stage 2+.

Where is it all getting fitted?

A place called gi motorsport al! They are really good!
The map will be getting done in edinburgh at autohaus!
Going revo as thats the stage 1 map iv got!

Driving around in a t reg 1.0 litre corsa jst now so will defo feel big difference! Lol

going decat but no fussed boutthe light until i get my software sorted!

Cheers mate, what about fitting? Is it an easy or job or would I need to take it some where? Also any idea on how much that'd be? Apologies for all the questions, cheers

Sorry can't really help any further :(

I can't remember exactly how much it was to have fitted as I had mine done (along with the Powerflex bushes) at the same time I was getting other stuff sorted.
I might have been quoted an hours labour to fit but not 100%

Don't take this for granted but I'm pretty sure someone with the right tools and knowledge could fit the W.A.L.K as I think they are a direct replacement
